Gif Animation Viewing?

I use 7gif, a freeware. It allows zoom, slower speeds, frame-by-frame and pause.
I'd like to add exposure adjustment like brightness and contrast, maybe tint.
Do you know of one that does all this, and will save adjustments to the gif?

For viewing gifs I use windows media player. Quickpic and F-stop (for andriod) play gifs smoothly as well. Not sure about saving brightness/contrast
