Another busy and hectic day at the surgery, and to top it all my 'hot flushes' are getting worse! The last thing I wanted was a randy male as first patient oggling my boobs.A little voice in my head was telling me I will have to separate this joker from his trousers and underpants and get a lubed glove up his cheeky arse and get rid of his smirk!
