I can't be 100% certain. My guidelines help weed them out. The more a video agrees with these, the more likely it's genuine: The camera is either stationary on a tripod, moved one of by the performers in scene, or iis handheld by the male performer.  If there is a camera operator, the performers may look at the camera (not professional) or talk to the camera. The only time the camera operator speaks is during an interview about the incest act before the performance.  Performers acknowledge the presence of the camera, by either looking at it or talking to it. Performers admit to the incest act. Sometimes all it takes is the girl impromptu  saying "daddy" once or twice. Female performer has "tells" that indicate she's not acting. Scene is naturally lit (not professional) or poorly lit (sometimes using crappy built-in flash). One or both performers are in disguises such as costume masks. One or both performer's faces are cropped out of view. Male and female performers have only appeared in videos with each other. Scene does not look prepared. Performers do not appear rehearsed. Totally unscripted. Performers look natural; not enhanced or buff. There is NO techno music playing in the background. Few if any camera scene cuts. No title or production credits. No theme music. No connection with any professional studio. Role-play is more difficult to spot. Most of the time you can pick out genetic clues such as skin color and other body similarities. I think I'm pretty good at telling some apart. I'm probably wrong a lot more than I think. But if families are fucking (they are), these days, many are filming. I'm really grateful for that. I actually really did a lot of sexual things with my sister. Everything but intercourse. Having said that, I've started to see studio videos that are made to look homemade. They all have their "tells": minor camera movement, unnatural lighting, contrived behavior, etc.
