Some of my images are posed; that is to say that the girl is is no danger of baing hanged (unless the stool suddenly collapsed or something equally unlikely). Most are of actual hanging scenarios. It's not always possible to capture images during a hanging - and i would never take silly risks to do so - thus 'action' shots are rare. These hangings are very real, however, and sometimes bring the girl to unconsciousness. The tension beforehand is immense and the euphoric rush afterwards cannot be described, as the return of consciousness releases endorphins and the profound sense of relief. As hangman I'm pretty damned relieved too!

I make the point about real hangings because that is very much my specialism and preference. I see carefull-composed images from paysites or photographers of nooseplay yet the crudest of real images trumps them all. I've had endless chats with people about the subject and it's simply not possible to convey the feelings to them without them having experienced the like or something similar. Likewise the techniques and safety advice - I can't do it via keyboard and so I've given up. Come and play is my only response. Harsh perhaps, but it absolves me of any legal complications from potentially unsuitable advice and I'd rather be playing wiith my subs than giving someone I'll never meet the benefit of my time!
