So I've been giving myself new rules regarding sex/sexual activites, anyone have any others?

The purpose of these is to train me, and change my mindset.  Right now my mindset is like I jerk myself off, I get my dick sucked, I fuck some pussy.  But I am trying to change that to, I finger myself, I suck dick, and I get my ass fucked.  Simple enough, lol.  So with that I only have a couple 'rules' so far.

1. I am not allowed to jerk myself off before cumming from fingering myself.
    This is probably a no brainer lol.  The idea is to get used to cumming from the asshole before cumming in a way that a man would.  Sure, I'm a man, but I wanna get fucked like a girl more than a guy, so this helps me remember, penetration before dick stimulation.

2. I am only allowed to jerk off if I swallow my own cum afterwards. 
    Well, swallowing cum should be a requirement of sucking dick, so I need to get used to it.  So used to it that since before I put myself on this track I'd JO like 3-4 times a day, that I'm either gonna have to slow down on the jerking off and cum only by fingering myself, thus decreasing the number of loads i take a day, or Ill get so used to swallowing cum that itll come natural (no pun intended) every time a dick is shoved in my mouth.

Anyone have any others I could try?
