Ideas for punishment - suggestions welcome

As my wife feels my behavior has not met her expectations recently, she is considering some new punishments for me. I would like to offer her some suggestions. Below are some ideas. I would be happy to receive other suggestions.
Things I enjoy wearing that are comfortable, that could be taken away:

a. I must call/text my wife to ask permission use the toilet (she is often unavailable) or I have set times I am allowed to go

d. Sleep with blindfold and/or gag
e. No sleep

Thanks for asking Red. I just saw your comment. Sometimes I have anger issues and my wife wants them to stop. I have suggested the idea of her always keeping me in chastity and whenever she feels I have not behaved she should spank me.
