At the risk of sounding trite and more than a little cliche for a moment, I'd like to voice my opinion that the brain is the most important sexual organ. As the seat of the mind and the processing centre for external stimulus, the brain is what turns a boring bloke into an amazing stud.
I mean, compared to tits, cunt, cock, whatever, the brain is key. It allows a guy to understand (or not) that the girl he's with wants to be treated one way rather than another. It allows him to read body language and interpret signals given by a girl that she's not even close to her limit (or, for the more prudish and worthless girls, if she's past one of her taboos).
Most guys I get with tend to not be able to break past the societal programming telling them that all girls are sugar and spice and all things nice, that they want to be wined and dined and have a gentleman, that they are too precious and coy to ever want rough and dirty sex.
Maybe this is a failing in me. Maybe the signals I give are too subtle. Maybe I pick the wrong guys. Maybe I should get into a relationship that lasts long enough for him to feel comfortable taking charge. Maybe I should go out with more girls, who've already smashed one of societies taboos already and are generally more willing to play around and experiment.

Wow, stand in a room and shout that you want to be treated as dirt and to be cum all over (or whatever your wish is), 8 out 10 guys would probably just jump over you without any hesitation.
The problem is, its probably the only thing they can think about.....so if you want it to last, you;ll need more.
Human's are complex and no wonder 1 out of 3 marriages fail purely by poor communication (understanding, fulfilling the partners need, working on it, compromising on whatever level). So people in general have a problem finding the perfect match. You just have to be lucky to run into him. I consider myself lucky.
So, keep searching.

You've got to remember that most signals are too subtle for most guys unless they're printed on a T-shirt in 2 or 3 words of few syllables. Ideally with a diagram.

Oh, my main problem is that I'm not assertive, really. I'm really quite sub. I don't think I act coy or hard to get (I'm really not hard to get, I don't think anyway).

Not pointless at all lilly. Social mores have long dictated that girls are meant to be coy and play hard to get to the extent that us men are now, frankly, scared of assertive women who take charge. In a way the liberation of women has made womens position more difficult as , when it comes to sexual conquest, it's still regarded as "unladylike" for women to take the lead. I personally LOVE to have a woman dictate the pace occasionally, it takes all the pressure off us guys to make the running but maybe that's just me. One of the best sexual episodes I have had she dictated the pace and it was bar to bed in 12 minutes..........so maybe your just meeting the wrong guys bb......x
