Upload errors

Hey Fap guys and gals, everytime I try to upload a new gallery I get this error at the bottom of the screen:
ERROR: Failed to find flength file
Does anybody know what this is? Better yet, can you fix it!?!? I haven't put up new stuff in ages because of it and I have no clue what its about or why I cant do anything. HELP!
