Unless you're at the very top, the modern workplace values a feminine and empathetic approach and "soft" skills over analytical and dominant skills. No significant project can be completed by just one person any more, so getting along with others is more important than being a star. If you're not starting your own company or high up the chain of someone else's, femming up may boost your career. If you're already a sissy, you're on the right track!
