I love to be strangled. Since I don’t always have a partner I can trust (lol) I indulge in self-strangulation. Just before I signed on I strangled myself with a stocking. The first was a warmup and I just went 30 seconds. The second strangulation lasted just over a minute and my lungs were really burning when I finally unwound the nylon. For all your gasper gurls (or girls) out there you should try it. I promise you will love it!
