you are so right. I am totally fed up with that too! There isn't a law in a “civilized part” of this world that allows sex with under aged children.
People who add such stuff to this site should be reported to their country’s police by sending their IP address, username, hostname, ISP and MAC address (if possible) to them. Of course they should be banned on the spot, without any warning. I guess that admins do their best, when it comes to this.
No offence, but this no-cock-pic issue some time ago is a breeze compared to violation to childrens' rights-
From this very moment I will not sit quiet when I see this.
