I am now on a permanent piss and porridge diet. The only fluid I ever drink now is urine. Small exceptions have to be made to the diet for reasons of health, but what is happening now, since I was taking too much pleasure in sampling salads and fruits, is that while I have porridge four times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper), in one bowl I am allowed to take salad and fruit processed in a blender and mixed into the porridge. In that way the diet is simple: four bowls per day of porridge and urine to drink.
