You'd think that running a porn blog  would be easy. But it's not. First, there is the cost of doing so. Domain name and hosting. Setup fees, web developer fees, etc. It all adds up.

And then there is advertising. You have to walk a fine line between too little and too much. And you have to find a good advertister . Don't have pop-ups! Don't have mobile redirects! Those wll hurt you! Worse of all, you need thousands of visitors just to make a few cents! 

 Sure there are tons of affiliate programs out there. And those companies make really good money. But it's another fickle part of the industry. Most of the affiliate programs don't care to help you. One of the largest ones doesn't even let their affiliates know when companies go out of business! I had one ad that was still serving up ads for a company that had apparently gone bankrupt a year previously!

No... the only reason to run a porn blog is for the love of doing it.
