I was tricked two times!

The first one was when my freind told me to search child on here and something funny will pop up. I heard that it is just a warning so I wasnt worried

 The second time happened recently, it was when i saw a picture saying to search lolita, I thought it was like a model or something so i did. So i have TWO warnings should i be worried?

 Could a someone give me an answer
