From the local newspaper:
Public Execution Announcement
The newly created department of execution announces it’s first public execution since the new law came into affect on October 1st 2014. As many of our readers are not familiar with the procedure we invited Chief Arthur Griswold from the DOE (Department of Executions) for an interview.
Valley News: Mr. Griswold, next month the first public execution will take place. The first convict is a 17-year old girl named Jennifer who has been convicted for having sex with a minor. Many of our readers are confused because the law states, that the minimum age for execution would be 18.
Griswold: Yes, that is true. But the law also says that the execution has to take place within 8 weeks after the verdict and it’s the age on the day of the execution that counts. So, in this case we simply postponed the execution to november 8th, which happens to be her 18th birthday.
Valley news: Interesting. So she will be executed publicly on her 18th birthday. I guess she would have hoped for a different kind of birthday gift. :-)
Griswold: *laughs*, well yes. But what can I say: She’s legal to die for her crime by then and she certainly will.
Valley news: Tell us about her crime.
Griswold: Well, according to our new youth protection law, sex with minors is punishable by death since January 1st this year. Jennifer admitted to having sex with her 17-year old boyfriend. As she broke up the relationship he decided to press charges, so the case came to court.
Valley news: But wouldn’t he have broken the law as well?
Griswold: Yes, but as he is the son of a diplomat he enjoys immunity of that law.
Valley news: Interesting. So, she got convicted by the jury in unison? Our newspaper received a leaked picture from a meeting between the jurors and her on the evening before the verdict. Can you tell us, why she is naked in that picture?
Leaked picture from the jury meetup on the night before the verdict
Griswold: *chuckles*… Well, according to the law it’s her right to meet up with the jury right before the verdict is given. Of course she tried to „convince“ the jury to acquit her. As for why she was naked? Well, I guess it was very warm in the room and she wanted to get comfortable. *laughs*
Valley news: So, the rumors that she had sex with each and every juror for more than 6 hours are not true?
Griswold: That’s pure speculation and what happens at those meetings is confidential. So if your readers think about volunteering for jury service I can assure them that what happens in the jury’s offices will stay in the jury’s offices.
Valley news: According to the medical report that was leaked to us, she had to spend the rest of the night in the ER of the prison hospital, where among other things a paper clip had to be removed, which had been pierced through her clitoris. The report also shows that she had severe burns and cigarette burn marks in and around her vagina. What do you make of that?
Griswold: I really have no idea what you’re suggesting. Who knows what those kids today do to their own bodies.
Valley news: ok, moving on. So how will the execution take place?
Griswold: As part of her death sentence she will spend the last 8 hours before her execution performing community services.
Valley news: Like what? Collecting trash from the roads?
Griswold: No, she will help out at the local community sperm bank. I heard they are always looking for volunteers who give the sperm donors a „helping hand“. So, let me remind your readers, that if they’re interested in donating sperm, please make an appointment now. They can probably fit in 96 donors with Jennifer, so sign up quickly if you want to be one of them.
Valley news: So she will basically spend the last 8 hours of her life on her 18th birthday getting raped and ejaculated on by sperm donors before she will be executed?
Griswold: She practically begged us for this form of community service. The alternative would have been an 8 hour service as a volunteer test candidate at the local army base where they test out new interrogation devices.
Valley news: What will be the method of execution?
Griswold: The verdict reads: „Death Torture“. Our executioners are trained to perform extremely painful and long lasting procedures on her. It’s a public execution after all and the public demands their tax dollars well spend. So the televised execution will last at least 4 hours. She will be injected with drugs that make it impossible to faint. I hear the executioner is specialized on genital mutilation and heat torture. He also likes to work with acid, liquid nitrogen and boiling oil. We also put an interactive element in the „show“: The viewers can vote online about the next torture step. We even have a segment where one lucky viewer gets to remote control an impalement rod from his computer. Should he manage to kill her with the device he can earn a prize money of $5.000.
Valley news: That sound’s quiet like a spectacle. Is it true that the convict will spend her last night with her executioners?
Griswold: Yes, but only for professional reasons of course. The executioners will have to run a couple of tests on her that will help them to achieve the best results during the execution.
Valley news: What kind of tests?
Griswold: Well, the usual: Flexibility of her bones and joints, her pain threshold, reaction to sexual stimulation, extended measurements like the depth of her vagina to the cervix, her ability to reach an climax during pain, psychological tests and so forth…
Valley news: Do you expect for many more public executions to take place in the future?
Griswold: Yes, we do. As you know the law against porn consumption for females under the age of 25 will come into affect next year. So we expect dozens of public executions per week for women under the age of 25 who have been convicted of porn consumption and/or masturbation.
Valley news: Mr. Griswold, thank you for answering our questions. I’m sure our readers will enjoy the show.
