Never had impregnated a girl to answer your second question, but I like the fetish and the fantasy.
The excitement stands for both situations: the risk that she can get knocked up (and the she may eventually be pregnant, no matter what she does).
I guess, looking at how I develop the fantasy in my mind, that breeding a girl is attractive as a mind game.
