Hi Chad. I think it's great you are going to college and saving money living at mommy and daddy's apartment. 

Looks like you get quite a bit of time to *yourself* as your mom's working til 4 and your dad's not home til' after 11!  (Don't ask me how I know the schedule around your apartment!! We're neighbors... I notice the comings and goings around here..)

 So look.. I don't think there's any harm in you paying me a little visit most days when you get done with class. It's good for a young man your age to 'dip his wick' on a reglar basis!

I'm right at the top of the stairs... or if you like.. right ON the stairs.
