There are many different types of service slaves, but at their core, I believe you want a couple of specific things:

A) Motive: Their arousal MUST come from the actual act of doing the chores, not as a barter situation (i.e. I will clean your house in exchange for bdsm play) because if they don't get absolutely turned on/hard from the act of the work, and ONLY the work, it will only end in headaches and probably more effort from You then just doing the chores yourself.

B) Humiliation: This is especially true if they will be doing work for others as well as You. If they are aroused by humiliation, they will not just be willing to fold Your bf's clothes, but BEG to. And in line with this, at least from my perspective on this, is that the overall humiliation comes from a simple concept: The idea that YOU "get to" enjoy Yourself, relax, have sex with Your bf, anything You feel like doing while he (houseboy) is allowed none of that, and he only gets the work, chores, etc.

This scenario should arouse the slave beyond belief, if his kink revolves around this extreme form of humiliation. To the point that the more he is "allowed" to do for Your bf (or friends, family, anyone You decide, even so far as cleaning a complete strangers house if say, You got paid for it) the more aroused he will get.

Here's a very good example of a well training maid, though in her case she only serves females:

1. I will only clean for FEMALES. There can be no males present when I clean. And I'd prefer to clean for single females, but am open to negotiation. We each have our own reasons for our particular kinks, and I've found that for whatever reason, cleaning for single females is what I enjoy the most...

2. I will actually clean or do whatever chores you need done (sweeping, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, organizing, dusting, dishes, etc) I can also do office work or other jobs.

3. I will be polite, obedient, and discreet. You may interact (or not interact) with me as you wish.

3. You don't have to do anything there than have me over... You simply have to be amused that I am working for you and understand that while I clean, I will be submissive and obedient and considered inferior to you and at your command.

4. I would like to wear a humiliating or emasculating uniform while working, to reinforce my submissive position. It could be as discreet as being made to wear pink woman's panties under my clothes while I work, or as bold as having to wear just panties, or a french maid's uniform or humiliating outfit of your choice for your amusement.
