a change in avatars

As some of you may have noticed my avatar went blank and then i changed it. I got a message from the admin stating that my avatar was not up to standards or something like that. My interpretation of the message was that they didn't like what they saw so they deleted it. So i've decided to delete some of my avatars and I'll set up soomething that is more Admin friendly at a later date.
