How would you punish a male offender in the Prison system?

THe guards and a group of inmates came into my cell and overpowered me, quickly stripping me of all my clothes they dragged me down the hall to the large rest room and shower facilities.  There they plunged my head into the toiiet and held me under water until I gasped for air and then the plunged my head again into the icy waters of the toilet.  Then the began to flush the toilet again and again while holding me head deep into the toilet bowl.
