I've been thrilled to think of ImageFap users looking up my skirt or

The procedure went very well but it was long and difficult. Because my
penis was already gone I had to have a vagina made from a section of
colon, so I had a bowel resection and was on a liquid diet for many
weeks. In the last couple of weeks I have been fully back to normal. I
travelled to Thailand for the operation and they are very sympathetic
and understanding there. The surgeon was very concerned to do a good job
where I would be pleased with the result. I was concerned about scars
(ladies are always worried about scarring) and he used a special
procedure to hide them - only possible in fact because I was having the
colon vaginoplasty not the penile inversion technique. He folded over
the edges of flesh on both sides of the main suture line and pulled the
join down with further suture so that the scarring would be hidden as
much as possible inside a fold. Also he recommended that six weeks after
surgery I have a laser scar removal session. That worked extremely well
and stopped the remaining visible scars from looking red - I am
extremely satisfied with the result and feel truly comfortable. Of
course I have to do my daily stretching and dilation exercises, so sex
and dildo fun is exactly what the doctor orders. Take a look - My Hole

It is still tight enough. It can't grip though, except from muscles in the pelvis (e.g. clench anal sphincter, that helps). However, it is very strong. That means vaginal stenosis (shortening of the vagina) is much less likely than with the penile inversion technique. Pretty much the advice is if you don't fuck you have to dilate several times daily, and I am doing both. The doctors tell me I should do everything I can to keep it as wide open as I can. Hey, no problem!!...

Manslit, the measuring you provide is really amazing. I am almost afraid that when you reach 30x10cm with your new vagina, you start losing feeling as you are just to loose and wide. I wonder how similar to muscle tissue your hole is, when ot comes to the close grip of the penis men like so much. But hey, who cares. It looks great and is one more hole to use :)

I am proud of my new shape and I love to wear those tight panties! Yes it really is self-lubricating, because the vagina is made from material with a mucosal lining so it regularly makes fluid. Rather too much of it in fact. It has a stronger smell than usual at the moment and that will take months to settle, I am having to douche several times every day and as well as regular dildo use I am getting plenty of fucking, and for that I douche again and use a syringe to fill my hole with KY jelly, so it all seems nice to whoever gets his penis inside me. My depth is very good, I can use a ten inch (25cm) dildo (two inch diameter, 5cm). I hope to be able to get to 12 inches by 4 inches (30cm x 10cm).

Your new slit really looks excellent, both when under panties and when stretched nicely. I read about the procedure you mentioned and it seems that benefits are well worth the addidtional risk. Well, in your case there was no other option of course.
Is it really self lubricating?
