The sound current inside my home, is over 100 decibels, and also makes it dangerous to drive a car.

The person living with me at this house, continuously annoys me and challenges me about nonsense.

The last seven years at this address were stresssful, because I only had enough food to eat, one day out of the week.

The California State Government is doing some kind of "Hubert Humphrey" lien hold, that is making

it almost impossible for me to improve my health and appearance.

This is the two hundredth letter I wrote about these problems.
