Do you want to use bondage with access to her intimate parts, or do you want to tie her in a static pose for display purposes?
With her reservations in mind, I recommend a simple spread eagle position on a bed, or perhaps just simply having her hands tied behind her back.
In the beginning of this adventure, her physical comfort and mind set will be paramount. Nothing too tight; perhaps silk scarves or a few men's ties would suffice.
Plenty of beginner websites to peruse. Take your time. If she doesn't enjoy it, try a different approach.
Communication is everything.

I would say that she has average flexibility, not a contortionist by any means.
She is a little reserved too so trying to figure out how to broach the subject.

Is she flexible? The best way is to tie her up so she has no control, so spread open.
