How to make the world a better place? Its easy!

If we all performed a single tiny act of kindness each day, smile at a stranger, give a compliment or encouragement to someone who is down, hold a door for someone, the world would be a noticeably better place.
If you look for the bad in people you will find it. Look for ther good and you will find it too. Be nice and you will inspire others to be nice.
In this way we can change the world for the better.

Very true. All that is needed for evil to thrive is for good men to do nothing. True that evil is far more prevalent than good in some people, and there are some that are unaffected by kindness. One must be careful about who one has contact with.
However, my simplistic message is about the daily, superficial encounters we have with others, and the difference an individual can make by simply being courteous and pleasant.
