I have had a text from my mobile broadband supplier informing me that i have now gone over my fair use policy for the month but where this has happened in the past i was still able to do everything as normal between midnight and 4 pm but they appear to have changed the long standing terms and conditions on the broadband deal that i am using (without informing me in advance) so i cannot uploaded or download anything for the rest of the calender month instead of just not being able to do these things between 4 pm and midnight, so although i have galleries on my computer that i was planning on uploading over the next few days, they have changed it so  i can't do anything other than browse and e-mail once i go over the 2GB a month limit, so until 1st feb i won't be able to upload anything more to my galleries.
