(a) Whoever knowingly deposits in any post office or authorizeddepository for mail matter, to be sent or delivered by the PostalService or knowingly causes to be delivered by the Postal Serviceaccording to the direction thereon, any communication, with orwithout a name or designating mark subscribed thereto, addressed toany other person, and containing any demand or request for ransomor reward for the release of any kidnapped person, shall be finedunder this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.(b) Whoever, with intent to extort from any person any money orother thing of value, so deposits, or causes to be delivered, asaforesaid, any communication containing any threat to kidnap anyperson or any threat to injure the person of the addressee or ofanother, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not morethan twenty years, or both.(c) Whoever knowingly so deposits or causes to be delivered asaforesaid, any communication with or without a name or designatingmark subscribed thereto, addressed to any other person andcontaining any threat to kidnap any person or any threat to injurethe person of the addressee or of another, shall be fined underthis title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. If sucha communication is addressed to a United States judge, a Federallaw enforcement officer, or an official who is covered by section1114, the individual shall be fined under this title, imprisonednot more than 10 years, or both.(d) Whoever, with intent to extort from any person any money orother thing of value, knowingly so deposits or causes to bedelivered, as aforesaid, any communication, with or without a nameor designating mark subscribed thereto, addressed to any otherperson and containing any threat to injure the property orreputation of the addressee or of another, or the reputation of adeceased person, or any threat to accuse the addressee or any otherperson of a crime, shall be fined under this title or imprisonednot more than two years, or both. If such a communication isaddressed to a United States judge, a Federal law enforcementofficer, or an official who is covered by section 1114, theindividual shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not morethan 10 years, or both.if you run a cross one of these profile you need to block them otherwise they will do to you what they have done to countless others
