Lost soul

What am I, Why don't I fit in, Why can't I find a place I truly belong, The answer to all them questions is that I am a lost soul, I'm not meant to belong in this world but I am trapped here, I suffer alone, I spend eternity following a lonely road, So broken, So beaten, Nothing but a shadow as a friend, This place is not where I belong, I'm out of time, Out of place, Where I belong is somewhere far away yet so close at the same time, Where I belong is knowhere, I'm not made for this world or any world for that matter, I don't have a place I can ever belong, I'm like so many others in that way, You all claim that everyone is here for a reason, Everyone has a purpose in life, Well not all of us do, Some of us are just mistakes, Some of us were created from nothingness, We are empty, So very empty, We feel nothing but pain, We are made to suffer, We are made to hurt, To cause nothing but pain and misery to all those who come close, Why do we do it, Well we can't help it, We are nothing but lost souls, Out of place creatures in a world that doesn't want us, Doesn't need us..
