A woman should be aloud to pass on any genes she wants, and remove her husband from the gene pool entirely if she believes that he, or his endowment, are inferior! Women would be almost completely rid of small dicked men in just one or two generations! Aside from the rare genetic hiccups (see: micropenis) and men would be completely rid of the "size" complex.
