Hey there horny one..we all are anyway..lol..well,i guess it is kinda natural for growing teen girls to grow bigger sexier breasts,whether she likes it or not..my younger 19 yo niece seems to be a petite body..Yet,did have big breasts which i have always notice with turns on,hehe,even from her good fitting dresses she wears..so,your 17 yo sister is no exception to have bigger breasts then she looks..at least to my own knowledge...^__*...
