    Exposing slaves on the Web

Keeping a slave naked is humiliating for the slave. Presenting the naked slave to friends or others is even more humiliating. But the internet takes this to a new dimension. You can find a good number of slaves being presented on a number of websites, as, for example, this one, both male and female slaves. Some of them have their pictures put there by their owners, other slaves are doing that themselves because they get a kick out of it.

Why would that be a new dimension? First of course is the fact that the slaves are likely to be viewed by a much greater number of people than would be the case in a more or less private BDSM-setting. But besides it is not just a one-off event, but as long as the pictures are there, their naked bodies are exposed of the views of others. An additional note comes from the fact that due to the anonymity of the internet, the slave usually has no idea who is actually getting a look of him or her.

But the most important point is the fact that once on the internet you can"t simply take them back again. One can of course delete a profile on a website. But there is no way one can know how many people have already downloaded the pictures and where they might be reposted. Some copyright owners do forbid the use of their pictures, but even they cannot really control that. (Just to avoid misunderstandings i do believe that copyrights should be respected if the owner wishes so. It is jus that this is very difficult to enforce.) Others, both owners and slaves, who might have posted pictures, explicitly allow reposting. And some even post pictures anonymously, which makes it even very hard if not impossible to delete even the original posting. Essentially, once the picture is on the web there is some probability that it will continue to stay on in some corners of the internet even if the original postings are deleted.
