The cage is snug, but it wasn't uncomfortable at work. The opening in the end of the cage will, indeed let you pee while wearing it. I opted to pee sitting down in the office bathroom, but I tried it standing up at home, and the CB6000 doesn't interfere. If you've got the stones to risk getting found out, you could even get away with using a public urinal. I don't think I'm ready for that one just yet - maybe when I'm away from home where I can't get recognized. I'm sure that would be a rush.

I'm thinking generous use of the silicone lube (I've also read gel mineral oil recommended) is going to be important to long-term comfort wearing my cage. The base ring could chafe the back of my scrotum badly, and being uncut, my glans isn't used to extended direct contact with anything but the soft, warm inside of my foreskin.
