There is a long tradition of thought that exists in many cultures, that whatever intelligence women have is diminished by their emotional volatility.  The 'hysterical woman' cliche, the view that our only response to danger is either to faint, or scream.  Sex is the only weapon we have to compete in the world and we don't have sufficient 'spacial awareness' to operate any machinery that isn't used for 'housework'.  We can figure out a vacuum cleaner... but never let us near a car.

I am of course exaggerating (slightly), but being stupid while still looking good are still 'turn on's' in much of the media, and indeed life.  I myself enjoy wearing clothes that in one way or another disable me.  Heels I can't run in, tops and blouses that don't quite manage to cover me, skirts too short to retain dignity... and that's not to mention the sweaty, squeeky, chafing experience that is latex!  Even my beloved pvc (in all its shiny loveliness) is a pretty unforgiving material when it gets into the nooks and crannies.

Then there's the make-up.  We paint our lips red because our lips become infused with blood when we are sexually aroused (therefore available).  Lipstick therefore makes us permanently excited and available!  We enhance our eyes with liners and mascara to make whatever tiny thoughts we are having more obvious.  We mustn't be devious after all!  And what about those traditional 'softcore' poses?

She is blonde (therefore even dippier), she is sideways on so her breasts show both 'lift' and 'thrust', her knees are slightly bent (because she has gone weak at them), her eyes are wide with astonishment ( because she's just a normal gal after all and THAT is a whopper)... and finally she has one finger pressed against her ruby red lips... because whatever is about to happen... she mustn't tell anyone about it.

I'm just joking..... ;-)  Now who's going to buy me a 'Babycham'?
