A mysterious note and a travelling bag...

In my coats pocket I find a folded note clipped to a ticket.
The ticket is numbered and marked Left Baggage secure luggage storage. Oops? This must be a mistake. I check my coat but it's mine all right. I'm confused. Perhaps it got here by mistake? Or... did someone slip this into my pocket on purpose? But who? When? Where? What for? ??? I unfold the note. It says:
'Dear M. (Ohhh! Not a mistake at all!) With this ticket you wll retrieve
a trolley bag. Be warned. This game is going to be very exciting. Very. But it will also daunt and haunt you. You are still free to either throw this ticket
away or go fetch the bag. But if you do, you accept the challenge of its content and must obey all further instructions. Anything Simon says. All the way. Storage is prepaid for a month and you can collect it yourself or have it
shipped and delivered wherever you want. Up to there it's all up to you, but from there on you will experience everything that isn't.'
Oh my goodness me! So daring!
Shy as I am I keep staring at the note and the ticket. Turning it over and over.
I'm blushing. All hot and bothered! My knees turn to jelly!
Like to imagine you are the mystery author of this note? You pack the bag that comes with it. You write the letter that I find on
top when I open it. It starts with 'Simon says...' and orders me where to go and what to do. It explains how I am to use the gear, map, keys, phone or whatever I find inside. It tells me what packages I am to open and what for. And which ones I must leave sealed and keep inside the bag until I am told. But I won't know what will be next until I get there...

Inside you find a leather collar, wristcuffs, a chain leash, a ball gag and a picture of a young woman weraing all these items holding todays newspaper in front of her. On the back of the photo is a license plate number with the words "parked out front. In 30 days she will be sold to pay off her debt. Find the limosene and give her your clothes. the next note says,
simon says change into the clothes in the bag ",which are black pecil skirt with large side split,white sheer blouse top ,black stockings and suspender belt black shoes with a high stilletto heel ,and a smart black coat ",remove all ur own clothes including underwear.when dressed you will find a ticket in the left coat pocket ,your train leaves platform 5 in 20 minutes,once on the train go into the right pocket to find your next note but do not open it till exactly 35 minutes after the trian departs!!
