A Little Help Needed

Hey I'm struggling with uploading pics...
I got it make a gallery but it's not visible to anyone... how do I get this to sort itself out?
My proxy keeps giving me trouble... and a proxy is essential at work or I'll be fired... so anyone got a proxy that allows you to upload?
Or some advice on how to make a gallery that is obviously ended up private public?
