Could Fantasy become reality?

I have a fantasy that before I get much older I hope becomes a reality. My fantasy is to meet up with a UK lady car to car somewhere in the Yorkshire area. I would get out of my car but the lady would stay securely locked in her car for safety reasons of course, I am very safe and harmless but you never know these days. I would then watch the fully clothed lady take her tights off. The lady would then put the window down a crack and pass me the tights while I pass her £10 to buy some more and for her trouble.
Could anyone help this fantasy come true?

Hi Well it is a fantasy that I am familiar with. I once met a tights lover under similar circumstances, except the financial recompense was more than £10!! Maybe sometime in the New Year something might be arranged.
