My wife's friend birthday party

It was a normal weekend, we were staying at home doing nothing as usual. As my wife was playing with our kids, the phone rang. I pick it up after the first ring. It was my wife's friend - Alice, who admire me a lot. I pass the phone to my wife and they started to chit chat. I was wondering what r they chit chatting about.
After the phone call, my wife told me that tonite is Alice's birthday. We r invited to her birthday party. I was really very excited but I pretend not to go. I know that my wife is keen of going to over her place. I can see through her eyes. As she beg me to go, I decided to go over just for a while.
