I just have to get this off my chest.

A few weeks ago a manager at my work layed into me because I made a flipant remark about how I don't get enough done, this was an off the cuff remark which most people took as a joke except this cunt-tard flpped out and gave me a bollocking in front of everyone, picking apart everything I've ever done and how little I contribute. he then sends out a memowhere he bashes me even more, while confusing me with other people's work which pissed him off.

I left it a while and sent out a memo detailing the work I do and how our departments have nothing to do with each other.

He flips out again, gave me another bollocking and getting upper management to chime in. I was so fucked off, I really considered quitting, even with this economy. But I stuck at it, kept my head down and got on with my job.

Then, a few days ago, a kid asked how to do something which can be done any number of ways. Then fuckface blows up about how my opinion is worse than terrible, he gives a shitty explaination of how he would do it (he never has) and then I point out how that would not work and all hell breaks loose until thankfully someone stepped in.

Yesterday, he picked a fight with another manager who is far more experienced than him but only at the same level. He was proved wrong again but wouldn't let it go. Now everyone is pissed off.

As long as shit for brains has upper management's ear, we're all going to be stuck with him.

What an asshole.
