single dont know where to start over

after 20 yrs wife just left me for another. Couldn't handle a man gone 5 days a week.

Why would you want to start over? Start your life from scratch and run with it. I'm married to my wife for 20+ years and about 2 years ago I fell head over heels for this totally amazing blonde bombshell that just happens to be my wife's best friend.
Like you are now, I was ripping myself up about starting over then it dawned on me, Hell I raised my kids and if I get another woman in my life I'll never get to do the things I want to do. As a result I stayed with my wife and once the youngest is off to college next year I'm going to plan the last 3 trips that I never got to take and finally live my own life.
I'm not saying that mariage is bad, nor kids but you are by your own admission--gone 5 days a week so why not take a moment, sit back and evaluate just what it is you want to do for yourself? If you get involved with someone else seriously in your current position, likely as not it will also end badly, so either way; you will need to evaluate your life..
