The modern way is to let female partners have equal status. This is a recpie for conflict and disaster. I recommend taking control.
Rules
The first thing to do is establish ground rules. The basic rules are respect and obedience and must be backed with the sanction of punishement. A good punishment to specify is hand spanking, ideally you will have incorprated some erotic spanking into your foreplay In return you should offer security. The best time to establish the rules is after a mutually enjoyable sex session in which you have taken the lead. If the 'girl' does not agree to your terms you should ease off the relationship firmly. Some girls will crumble when faced with such an ultimatum. The Seven Stages of Punishment
1. The Lecture
Be very firm and inform her that you are very disappointed with her behaviour. Imply that this a 'make or break' situation .
2. The Spanking
Start slowly, encouraging her to enjoy the situation but escalate the spanking so that she feels real pain and humiliation.
3. Pointless Protests
She may protest that you have no right to spank her. Pause and explain that you do have a right because she knows the rules and has agreed to the sanction for the breaking of the rukles and continue spanking her hard.
4. Pointless Pleading
She will probably plead for mercy or plead for you to stop. Ignore the plees, and continue spanking her
5. Pointless Apologies
She may start saying sorry. Make it plain that time is passed for saying sorry, she is here to take a punishment to remind her not to make the same mistake in future.
6. Sobbing
Sobbing is a sign that she has accepted her fate. Continue spanking her. Ideally you stop a while after she has given up hope of you stopping.
7. Thanking Sir
After a while take her in your arms and tell her that she has taken her punishment well and that you hope that she won't make the same mistake again. If she doesn't thank you spontaneusly, insist that she does thank you.
Repeat As Required
Keep picking her up on incidents of disrespect and disobedience. As your partner manages to be respectful and stay within the rules, create new ways that she show respect and obedience. Have sex with her only after a punishment where she has thanked you. When she is into the routine of being obedient introduce 'maintenance spanking'.
