I enjoy www.1.fm, they have a Club station and a Dance station; the mood takes me for one or the other when I begin my day, and I switch back and forth depending on programming/commercials.

It's a great beat to play to, makes it feel like a sexy party; it's also a shared element w/ ppl while you chat. I don't really mic, I prefer to hear the music and sounds of moaning and dirty talk in no certain order. :)
