This a question I would really like to know the answer to.
I love anal sex, and anal sex while shitting, but... I can never get a prolapse. I've always wanted a prolapsed anus. Simple because its fucking sexy! I want my anus to be sexy too and I want a rosebud one to show off and play with and make bigger!

prolapse comes from stretching, so in order to achieve you'll have to work on taking bigger and bigger objects/toys/fists. and taking them deep and hard over time you will be able to turn you ass inside out.
