Because many women don't like sex, others use it as a reward, others use it to trap men or fulfill their needs by having babies.
Women know what power sex holds and they use it to their advantage.
Plus, women have issues with bitchiness regarding sex, so they need to fill their needs by other means so not to be called sluts.
