I want all this fucking around online to stop. How can I control this use of my time. 2 years and 9 months of what? I hate myself for doing it.

It is not a question of sexual morality. It is more the morality of time spent wanking and pursing visual kicks as opposed to spending that time pursuing more constructive forms of gratification. Suffice to say i am tired off daily disappearing down the rabbit hole of internet porn only to come out the other side with no further undersatnd of the human condition. I am not learning from this and need to stop before i go idiot.
