This would mean that perhaps the vast majority of living people would be female (or m2f transexuals). How would such an "imbalance" change the world?

The feminine majority would hold power in almost every respect; in the media, politically, economically, sexually... It would be a feminine society.

The overwhelming feminine market would drown out the old order. The media will come to represent feminine identity, where the male will be presented as the "other". He will be pushed progressively further into an idealised state, in relation to the common, imperfect, feminine perceiver. Film and tv will come to resemble Sex and The City, the market can associate with the fumbling heros attemps to get the tall, dark and handsome hunk to notice her. Sex sells... well if there is a hunk in the billboard. The culture would be what we now consider to be camp or homoerotic. Sales of tabloids will lose sales until they replace the page 3 girl with the page 3 stud. Soon the topshelf of newsagents will be marketed to the feminine consumer. The sexism of the past will not only be inverted, but will be hardly containable. The image of the naked male body becomes legal in public. Adolescents will be subjected to a progressively feminine representation of sexuality, where misogyny is militant and there is a facination by the male form. The only role models will be females. The word "lesbian" dissapeasrs from society, bar 5-10 percent(real males); society is exclusively attracted to men and that attraction is assumed and exclusively catered for. Porn becomes all but synonymous with male, cock and male-male porn.  

From the rise and then majority of genetic males going through female puberty, shemale-male porn becomes a competitor in the adult market (an alternate behind male-male porn), as it allows the feminine perceiver to enjoy the male vicariously, without a repulsive vagina killing off the fantasy. Although for the most part, even the shemale will not be the focus of the camera, most of the time there would just be a shot of the stud trusting into a faceless feminine ass. The vagina is reduced to distasteful fetishood. The vagina becomes marginalised and exclusively synonymous with childbirth, as sex becomes synonymous with cock and ass. Many adolescents only come to learn about the vagina through sex education. The shemale replaces the genetic girl in society as the counterpart/mate to the male. Ashamed, genetic girls often lie about they're genitalia and repress they're the exploration of they're genitalia. It becomes a rarity for male to female transexuals to have genital reassignment surgery. Soon implants are developed to be lined along the anal passage and around the entrance of the anus which not only mimic the vagina's erogeneity, but surpasses it. In order for every feminine person to have a fulfilled sexual life, it becomes standard for every feminine person be inplanted prior to puberty. At this point there is a maintainable source of surrogate mothers and they become (highly paid) valuables in society. Other than the very few who choose to live the life of a surrogate mother, it is assumed and desparately anticipated upon a gg quinceanera; the permanent sealing off of the labia and the cosmetic smoothing over of tissue. All that remains is what is required to urinate. In mainstream culture, the vagina no longer exists.
