I don't know if anyone reads this blog, but I got a new part time job, along with working at my moms waxing salon!

One of my friends owns a Dance studio, and since I got her part of the money to open it, she decided to let me have a job there! I am a costume designer and makeup girl. Its a great job, and I only do it on saturdays and some evenings if there is a concert. I am backstage the whole time, in the dressing rooms.

The age groups are 12-14, 15-17, 18-21, 21-30, 30-40 and 40+. We start at 12 because we get less pedos trying to come to the concerts. I hate those guys. But they start at the perfect age for me!

When I started there, I thought that all the women would be really nervous and self-conscious. They were. But over about 3 weeks, I have got them to be proud of their bodies.

Most of the girls know me as the "changeroom babe". I am sort of like a mentor to the girls. All of them love me and I love them.

I got them to be proud of themselves by doing a "look good naked thing". I took a photo of each of them naked, privately, which I kept. I then got them to tell me the part of their body they disliked the most. Not one girl didn't have a body part they hated. Then I slowly started complimenting them over the three weeks, on the body part. At the 2nd week, I put up a noteboard, and I put the photos of them naked on the board for all the girls to see.

Some girls cried, but they were calmed by the fact that all the girls had a part they hate. Through the noteboard, they began complimenting eachother. At the end of the 3 weeks I booked them a tour bus and we took them to a nude beach for the day. Not one of them had any hesitation.

Now I can work comfortably with them naked, which helps, because sometimes we have do to little skimpy clothes, where sometimes I need to give them a wax, which is easy, because that is my other job. I also have to stick on the nipple tape when they are wearing braless dresses. In order to make them more comfortable, no men are allowed in the rooms, but the mothers of the girls are allowed, but only if they get naked (I am always naked, by the way). Its a good system.

 Their main, end of year concert was last week (we only allow women in the audience for further child protection), and I was there for the whole thing, but only backstage. The 12-14 girls wore a red leotard, because they were doing ballet. The 15-17s wore a strapless flapper outfit, because they were doing swing. One of the girls nipples poked out of her dress at one stage, but she didn't care. 18-21s were doing hip hop and so I went for mini tight shorts and a midriff revealing tank top. I individually went to each girl and gave them each a cameltoe, by pulling up the fabric. The cameltoe adds an extra touch to the costume. I also told them no to wear bras. 21-30 were doing Flamenco, and they wore strapless navy leotards with a skirt. Again, I added the cameltoe and no bra. 30-40s were Bellydancing, with a sheer, loose fitting top, no bra, no underwear and a gold skirt. I made sure my friend choreographed the belly dancing to "accidentally" show off their pussy, and make them jiggle their boobs around.

For the 40+ we decided to simply do a striptease. Full frontal.

Suprisingly, the audience applauded wildly! I think we convinced the all female audience to be proud of their bodies as well.

Today we are, as a celebration, organising 3 buses to take the mothers and daughters to a nudist beach. The buses will be driven by Me, my friend who owns the dance studio and her friend Melissa, who is the Madam of a brothel nearby (she is REALLY hot). I will tell you more later.
