apropos legging

As mentioned before it´s the fashion nowadays having leggings in every shape, condition, colour, style. But i have to admit that most of them would look better in the dust bin than on any legs. Others are quite nice but would look even better with some hose under it.
What is your opinion, do leggings look better with hose underneath? Or better bare?

We talk about leggings with PH or not.
It has not much to do with going commando or pantyless,
