FINALLY , GOVERNMENTS ARE REALIZING YOU CAN'T LEGISLATE LOVE AND SEX !! I BELIEVE OTHER COUNTRIES HAVE PASSED SIMILAR LEGISLATION OR ARE WORKING ON IT !!! THE NETHERLANDS (?) FOR ONE , I THINK .
