I had a couple of upsetting incidents in chat recently and it almost made me quit. 

The first one was picking up someone in chat who lied about her age.  I have no problem with people being curious and finding out about stuff any way they can... and she was good enough to eventually come clean to me... but honesty from the get-go is the best policy.

Then I was talking to someone else, a guy... nice and polite, and interesting... who out of the blue claimed that his (underage) daughter was in fact sitting next to him.  I called bullshit... but then I thought, what if it really IS true?  So I just closed my browser and shook my head.  

I thought about quitting for a couple of days but then realized that there are all sorts of people in the world and I wasn't going to let a couple of bad incidents spoil my fun.
