First and foremost, you have to decide what you really want.  Be careful about letting your fantasies ruin your life.  It's one thing to crossdress and quite another to unravel your life and relationships or have risky sex with strangers in skecthy locations.  Keep in mind that healthy is sexy.  And above all be safe!

Passing as a natural female is easier for some, but possible for nearly everyone.  But it isn't easy to begin with... even for those of us who are slim and petite.
