I am frequently asked how I generate my galleries and I figured it'd be
helpful to go ahead and share my workflow and some general knowledge here in a blog post. Let me
preface this post with the following:
-
I do not fancy myself some kind of
expert; I don't even think I'm good enough at this to warrant
producing a step-by-step for others to follow, but questions on how I generate my galleries are quite literally the most common DM I get so I figured a
centralized answer to this question I could point to instead of typing out individual replies would be helpful. I still don't know shit about configuring LoRas or KSampler settings; I am total noobie when it comes to local generation, I'm very much still learning.
-
I've never used the Image Fap blog functionality before so
I'm not sure how successful this post is or if anyone will even read
it.
With that said, here's my low IQ write-up:
Decide on a Concept or Theme
First things first, decide on what to you want to generate. MILFs in the bathroom?
Big titty grandmas? Asian foot jobs? Cartoon characters getting fucked?
Celeb fakes? Getting the concept down first will help determine
whether or not you need to collect existing images for reference or
alteration, or if you are going to generate something completely of
your own design. It'll also help you figure out which tools you will
use. Think of the scenarios you'll want to prompt: the art style, the
positions, the characters involved, the settings, the
perspective/camera angles. You'll need to take all of those things
into consideration for better control of your output.
Review Your Toolbox
Creating an animated celeb titty drop fake can have a much
different workflow than a static image of a random MILF getting face
fucked. You have to make sure you have the right tools for what you
want to accomplish. Here are some examples of tools, both AI and
non-AI related, I use personally and their use cases:
-
Google Gemini is great for
generating high quality SFW AI imagery or altering existing SFW
imagery to use a base image/starting point. Downsides are strict
moderation and limited daily uses. It's also become much more fussy
about using third party intellectual properties i.e. no more
Simpsons or Disney characters even if it's SFW. Another good use
for Gemini is to feed it an image and then ask it what kind of
prompt would result in something similar to that image. You can then
take that prompt and alter it as needed within other AI models; just
keep in mind every model parses and interacts with prompts
differently.
-
Perchance is my image generating platform of choice. It has many free
image generators with different selectable image style presets that
are completely uncensored, however, the quality can be very spotty;
in fact, I'll say the majority of what Perchance generates is
unusable due to horrendous anatomy, but with unlimited uses, you'll
eventually get something you can work with. Also, with it being
uncensored you must be careful not to generate anything considered
illegal.
-
GIMP is a great free
alternative to Photoshop. Sometimes an AI image generator will make
something near perfect that only requires a little bit of editing
or you need direct manual control of your imagery to make more substantial changes. Sky's the limit, just depends on how much time
and effort you want to spend. Most common use case for me is to make adjustments to feet and dicks or to shave off the odd extra finger :)

Wan 2.2 Image to Video is
my go-to for generating video content. You can find online
generators on sites like Hugging Face or you can run your own
locally via ComfyUI or something similar provided you have the
hardware to do so. Wan 2.2 is just what I happen to be using now,
I'm probably way behind the times. If you are going to generate your
own content locally, I highly recommend Googling what model(s) would
best suit your machine's specs and then watching some of the many
ComfyUI tutorials on YouTube.

Ezgif is a fantastic online resource for editing video
clips and converting clips to animated GIFs. You can optimize the
GIFs to keep filesizes manageable.
Get On With It
You have your concept, you got some
tools at your disposal, now it's time to start generating your slop.
As mentioned above, the exact workflow will depends on what you want
to generate. As an example here's the workflow I'd use to generate a
gallery of let's say... big titty mommies getting on with younger
blokes in their backyard with an overall amateur look and feel:
1. Open an image
generator on Perchance
2. Enter my prompts
Prompt:
A 55 year old woman with tanned skin,
huge sagging breasts, and bleached blonde hair up in a loose
ponytail. She is wearing nothing, completely nude. She has some make
up on. In front of her is a legal 19 year old man. It is a sexual
scene. They are in their backyard in the grass. The man is nude and
is standing up and receiving a blow job from the woman. The woman is
kneeling in the grass sitting on her heels, taking the man's penis in
her mouth. Low angle, close-up shot.
Negative Prompt:
HDR, studio lighting, airbrushed look,
incorrect anatomy
3. Click generate and save any desired images
4. Adjust
prompt for different scenarios and hit generate again
5. Repeat
until I have a decent gallery of base images
6. Open ComfyUI
with a
Wan 2.2 image-to-video workflow loaded
7. Load my
input image
8. Set video output resolution and length (in frames, 81
for a 5 second clip at 16 fps)
9. Enter my prompt:
The woman is performing rigorous oral sex on the man, her
head is bobbing back and forth as she sucks his penis
10. Set my Batch Count to 4 and click run
11. Wait
patiently and review videos generated in output folder
12.
Select the best one of the 4 or generate more batches as needed
13.
Go to Ezgif
14. Click Video to
GIF
15. Upload my video
16. Adjust settings as needed
and covert to GIF
17. Optimize GIF so it is under 9.5MB
18.
Save GIF
19. Repeat for all videos
20. Upload to ImageFap while following the rules :)
General Tips and Personal Preferences
- Make good use of seeds with Perchance. When it generates something that is near perfect to what you are looking for, you can click the little info icon on the top left of an image in your generated gallery and then check the "include seed" box to see the exact prompt and seed used for that specific generation. If you add that seed back to your prompt and hit generate, it will "re-roll the dice" on that image so to speak, making minor changes but keeping the general composition intact, hopefully, eventually getting you to the output you desire.
- Be patient with Perchance. Like I said above, the vast majority of what it generates isn't usable, so it takes a lot of persistence to get a viable generation. On the other side of the coin, you gotta know when to let go. Sometimes, a near-perfect seed will stubbornly provide a third leg or a wonky face no matter how many times you generate.
- Foot fetish content is hard mode in Perchance; it simultaneously generates some of the best AI feet and some of the worst AI feet I've seen.
- Check out other Perchance users' output for prompting insight. After you performed a handful of generations, a "show comments & gallery" button will appear near the bottom. Click it to reveal other peoples' generations. You can click the little info icon on these images to see the prompts they used to achieve that generation and help guide you achieve similar results.
- Make use of various tools Ezgif offers. I frequently make use of the video crop and cut tools to shave off unwanted bits of footage or imagery. You can even reverse or "boomerang" footage.
- When creating a gallery of AI generated images here on ImageFap, make sure to use the "AI Generated" category every time and make sure it is the ONLY category you use. You can still add all the tags you want, it's just the category that can strictly only be "AI Generated". The admins have been diligently deleting galleries that do not follow this rule without warning and I'm surprised how many uploaders fail to do this only for their galleries to get nuked. I've lost A LOT of good favorites to people breaking this rule :(
- Read the site rules and consult the Forbidden Content thread when in doubt. You can't simply assume you can post content because you see other folks posting it for years; this has bitten me in the ass a couple times and has led to galleries getting deleted.
- Try not to create gigantic galleries filled with hundreds of low quality or virtually identical images. Generating slop is fun, but not every image is a winner that needs to be shared with the world. Take a close look at your images before posting them. Does the lady hand melt into the man's stomach? Does she have three legs and an extra anus? Maybe skip ones like that. There's a significant amount of hate for AI generated content here on ImageFap and flooding the site with low effort slop will only make it worse. The last thing I want to see is a blanket ban of AI content because it isn't being uploaded responsibly.
- Have fun and share your content.
Welp, that's my dumb post. Feel free to share any better solutions you may know about. Any nuggets of wisdom are welcome in the comments (if blog comments are a thing). Cheers!
